Our Work

Our Work

At GenBridge, we collaborate with high schools, junior colleges, universities, and vocational programs to create a wide network of mentors and industry professionals who can help guide students through their career exploration journey.

Key Elements of Our Work:

Mentorship:

We connect students with professionals from diverse fields—whether in academia, business, the arts, technology, or trades—who share their experiences and insights, helping students understand what their career options entail.

Career Exploration Panels:

Our virtual panels give students the opportunity to attend live Zoom sessions with industry professionals, ask questions, and gain first-hand knowledge of various career paths.

Workshops and Resources:

We offer tailored workshops to help students identify their interests, understand the skills they need, and navigate their chosen career path.

Supporting All Career Paths:

While we highlight trade programs, we also provide information about four-year degree programs, apprenticeships, certifications, and immediate workforce opportunities, giving students a comprehensive view of what’s available to them.

Expanding Access:

Starting in the Bay Area, we aim to expand to high schools, junior colleges, and universities across California and beyond, helping even more students make well-informed career choices.
